Hi, my name is Donna and I am the owner of A Healthy Home Cleaning Service LLC. We are a small, family owned and operated cleaning company, not a large franchise. We enjoy the more personalized service we can provide due to our size. We offer weekly, bi-weekly and monthly house cleaning services. We also do 1x cleanings and move-in/move-outs. We supply everything needed to clean your home by using my own natural products, the standard cleaning products on the market or even yours if you prefer. I will not overbook our time so that we can provide the time needed to thoroughly clean your home. We want to provide you with the best housekeeping service possible. We love to keep our clients very happy and have many references to prove it! We are A-rated on Angie's List as well. INSURED FOR YOUR PROTECTION

Oct 23rd was my initial cleaning from Mandy and Nicole with Healthy Home Cleaning. To say I was happy with the service would be an understatement. Mu house smelled fantastic and everything was so clean. I have 2 dogs which leaves a lot of hair around everywhere. There was not 1 strand to be found. The service is magnificent and dealing with Donna the owner is also a very pleasant experience. Thank you ladies. I have hired them for a cleaning every other week.

Very satisfied with the initial housecleaning. Looking forward to an ongoing relationship with this contractor. Initial cleaning was $210 and future cleans $150. Although this was a little out of our budget, the owner, Donna let us know that the price could be reduced once the cleaners become familiar with the house and find that there time spent in the house is reduced. We were very glad to hear this and Donna appears to be very fair.

I am writing this review because I called this company after I found them on Angie's List so I thought I should in turn help other folks out by telling my experiences with them! The owner, Donna, came to my home and met with me, gave me a sheet of the tasks that they perform (which is a great list) and listened to what I wanted and asked questions to be sure I was ok with the products they use, etc. She is super nice and really cares about her business and who she hires, etc. I have them clean once a week. The two ladies that clean my home do a terrific job and it is so nice to come home to a sparkling clean house. My biggest worry was that my little yorkie would be really scared by having them in my home when I'm not there - but they assured me they would play with him a lot the first time so he would get to know them, and the owner even texted me to let me know that everything was fine the first time they were there. Now he just follows them around while they are vacuuming and is very happy when I get home.
I have a pretty big home and they having been doing a great job. I would definitely recommend giving Donna a call if you are looking for a good housekeeping company that is small enough that they care about their customers along with their employees....less turnover is good, and I like that they try and have the same ladies clean your home each week so that they get to know your house - and you get to have some idea of who is in your home!

"Thanks for the wonderful review! Yes, the ladies really enjoy cleaning your home and always get such a kick out of little Atticus (yorkie). I do always try to have the same ladies clean which is not always possible if someone is sick or has to be off but 99% of the time it is the same cleaners. I really do take pride in my company and my cleaners take pride in their work & I believe it shows. Thanks again for the great compliments! Donna"

"Thank you for the review - I am pleased you were happy with the service. As far as the price, that was the initial clean price and that will come down as of the next cleaning. I only charge an additional $25 (sometimes a little more if a very large home) for the first time cleanings which is way less than many companies. To me it is worth gaining a new customer and then keeping them happy with our cleaning service!"

They did a great job of thoroughly cleaning my home (best cleaning crew I've ever had.)
My home ~2,200 sq. ft, 3 bedrooms, 3 baths - they really did an especially good job in kitchen and bathrooms.
I could tell they did not rush through the cleaning like the last two cleaning services I hired, but instead were very thorough - the house smelled clean.
I have them signed up to come on a monthly basis.

I looked all over to find someone who would sell me a gift certificate for my mother-in-law. She hasn't been in good health and her bathroom desperately needed a good deep clean. Donna, the owner, was wonderful in working out a surprise gift and kept in contact with me when she received the call from my mother-in-law to schedule the appointment. She made a really nice gift certificate that I was able to wrap and present on Christmas.
After the services were done, my mother-in-law said she needed sunglasses to go into her bathroom because it was so shiny. We will definitely be calling her again to help with other areas of the house.

Too many changes in service provider. Some employees do not meet the high standards provided by the owner of the company. She's fantastic....not all of her employees are. In order to use again, I need to see some improvement in small details in cleaning, i.e., grout in tile floor needs to be cleaned better, glass globes on lights need to be cleaned, steps need to be vacuumed regularly, entry door needs to be swept and cleaned.

"We love cleaning for member and I do try to have the same ladies clean each time. There have been times when I have had to change the day or Martha has asked to change her day and when this happens it is most likely that it will be a different cleaner due to her or I changing her day. As far as grout, we do not scrub grout and it is not on my list of things we do. I was initially told to not vacuum the stairs and originally we did not clean the bathroom downstairs either but it is becoming much more frequent. There are times when we are cleaning way over the limit of what she pays but I really enjoy cleaning for her and she has been a wonderful customer so I do not charge her more like most companies would. I believe we are very punctual and I even try to give an hour window of when we will be arriving. Honestly, I am very surprised by the price and punctuality rating. I do appreciate, however, her saying what a fantastic job I do when I clean and I expect my ladies to do the same."
