HVACMASTER Heating and Air Conditioning

Could not have been better. They came highly recommended by my neighbor. Rick Lowe(Owner) answered the phone on the first ring and sent Josh out immediately. I had a little HVAC experience and had pretty much declared the compressor DOA. Josh still performed extensive diagnosis before determining the old unit was not(economically) repairable. Rick presented the options and answered all my questions. I selected a Ruud unit, much more efficient than the old one at a very reasonable cost. I was amazed at how quickly the new components arrived. The installation of the inside unit was pretty complex, it being larger than the original one. The new sheet metal work looked cleaner and better quality than the original ductwork! These guys showed professionalism at every step. I appreciate the lower utility bills and the fact that the heat pump works to several degrees colder(outside temp) than the old one.
