Lied about estimate and time, said the contract was not an "estimate" but something less binding. Insulted when we asked for receipts for materials, refused to finish job. WOULD NOT HAVE DONE JOB (or would have done it differently) IF WE'D KNOWN TRUE COST, DISRUPTION, AND TIME.
