They completed the floor and it looks very nice. They did not complete on time, about 1/3 over the original time. They also said they would throughly clean the floor and remove the excess grout. This they did not do. We had to wipe down the floors twice and it still not clean yet. The main issue we had was the shower they tiled. It looks terrible. The grout lines aren't even and the corners are very skinny and then get wide in areas. The shower niche they tiled Is an acceptable. Thompson agreed the shower did not look good, but claims this company tiles showers. I would like to know if the "ceramic tile" listed here means flooring only or showers too. I would never recommend this company to anyone other than flooring.
