They used our private road to remove leaves from the neighborhood across from our private road. They blew the leaves up onto our road and them vacuumed the leaves up. In doing so, they vacuumed up our gravel. I tried to get them to stop, but they just smiled and shrugged their shoulders at me. I called the company, but the person I talked with is blowing me off and insulting my intelligence. I have video of the crew doing this and of the road after they left. I would never recommend this company. They don't make right what is wrong and that says a lot about what kind of company this is.

Great job and I've used this company for years.  I have a large yard and they come in with two standing/riding mowers and two trimmers/blowers - 4 guys total.  They finish a job that would take me 2+ hours in 15 to 20 minutes.

They have a contract with my subdivision. They seem to be pretty responsive. We are on their weekly route for lawn cutting. They seem to have problems telling flowers from weeds, at least the guy they had doing the trimming because he trimmed half the front row of the impatiens flower of my neighbor, which is not good.

The work order was placed through the subdivision management office.
I was told they would do the work the week of December 3 but it was rescheduled to the week of December 10.
The bushes were cut down and the stumps/roots were dug out. The area was cleaned up. All debris was removed.

They are satisfactory. They are selected by the HOA to service the subdivision.
