I found HMS through Kopp Concrete that I hired to replace my concrete front porch and sidewalk. HMS and Kopp work well together on projects. All the coordination was done between the 2 contractors. HMS came out just a few days before Kopp came to tear out the porch and shored up the roof overhang and removed the pillars and transported them to their shop for refubishing.
They were very timely, neat, quiet and professional. After the concrete work was done they arrived exactly one week after the concrete was poured to replace the newly painted pillars. They notified me the day before via email that they would be there between 7:30 - 9:00 am the next day. They arrived on time, and completed the work in about 90 minutes. The pillars needed to be cut down a bit to fit correctly with the new porch. The paint job looked great and after they were installed they touched up any nicks that occurred during installation. I had another bid to prime and paint the pillars in place but not power washing or sanding for $750. I opted for this bid to get the best possible finish and to make sure the paint would adhere better, HMS Construction typically does much larger construction and remodeling projects but they performed this job with great care and timeliness.

I LOVE the guys at HMS Construction! I tell everyone I know about them and about what an outstanding job they have done in my kitchen. They show up when they say they will, they work hard to get the job done on time and at or under budget, and they NEVER talk down to me, which is important to me as a female client in a male-dominated field. They have wonderful design ideas and execution of those ideas is flawless. We started with a total remodel of my kitchen and have gone on to replaced every exterior door, 5 windows, and several misc. projects along the way. The kitchen was finished at the end of July and construction started on my new master bedroom suite about a week later. I can hardly wait!
