Since 2006, High & Dry has serviced thousands of St. Louis homes. We have solutions for all your basement waterproofing and foundation needs including crack injections, wall stabilizations, as well as, sump pump and drain system installation. Virtually all of our work is performed from the inside of the home, eliminating the need to dig outside disrupting the lawn, flower beds, etc… Our reputation for quality products, unparalleled customer service, and our Life-of-the Structure Warranty have made us a Leader in the concrete repair industry. High & Dry offers Free Estimates for waterproofing and foundation repair. We specialize in cost effective crack injection, wall stabilization, and interior drain systems. We inject the cracks from the inside of the home, filling the void the crack created, top to bottom, inside and out, preventing water from entering in the foundation. We can also structurally repair cracks and bowing walls using our carbon fiber products. If you have hydrostatic pressure, we can install an interior drain system using our structurally engineered Poly-Stone that replaces the traditional gravel systems and increase the flow of the water into the drain system and eliminates any biological hazards that can be associated with gravel system. We offer a “closed” drain system minimizing the risk on Radon gases. We’ll take a look at your situation and recommend the best plan to correct your problem for good.

Excellent response to evaluate and provide scope of work. Both the supervisor and the crew were extremely professional and courteous. High and Dry did not try to "upsell" us on work needed to provide necessary waterproofing. The crew were on time and cleaned up the site completely.

Office staff were nice, friendly and patient about rescheduling several times due to COVID-19. When Alex arrived, he wore a mask while working, which I appreciated. He repaired the wall really quickly. With this week's torrential rains, it was definitely put to the test. Not a drop of water in the basement. Great experience overall.

Had a small sump pump system installed in a very tight space but it could not handle heavy storms. They came back and squeezed in a larger system that took care of the problem. Work done was very professional with highly qualified technicians. Greg Ely was great to do business with.

High & Dry nailed it! My in-laws owned our current home since 1995, and the basement leaked during pretty much every heavy storm for the last 30+ years. Since Greg diagnosed the problem and joined the crew in executing the job, we have not seen a single drop of water enter the basement. There have been 5-10 storms that would've caused leakage since the work was performed in the spring, and we're certain at this point that the problem is permanently solved!

These folks were super responsive--got back to us within a very short time after we contacted them, clearly stated what they needed from us in order to give us a quote, scheduled the work right away when we accepted the bid, and performed the work in record time. Epoxy injections are a great solution for leaking basements caused by foundation cracks. It's the first real solution I've ever found that actually works after paying for work that didn't solve the problem. Unfortunately, not everyone has adequate skills to do the job right. High & Dry does and I recommend them highly. The tech was not only personable and skilled but highly knowledgeable. This was a very pleasant experience.

The estimator and repairman were both professional and courteous. They responded quickly on coming out to look at the leaking crack and responded by end of day as to how much the repair would be. Once I accepted bid it took no time to schedule an appointment for repair. I got a lifetime warranty on the crack that was fixed. The office staff was very easy to deal with. I felt like the repair charge was reasonable. I would definitely use them again.

Weston estimated the job and two days later Devon completed the job. One crack was leaking near the floor, and another crack was not leaking, but I wanted to prevent it from doing so in the future. I had both filled by epoxy injection. The work did not take long, was not particularly noisy, and did not smell bad. Both men were very professional and courteous. The office staff was also helpful and courteous. All were punctual. They explained what they were going to do and then they did just that.

The estimate was done quickly. We did have to wait a bit to have the work done, but it was a time of year when many have the same problem with cracks beginning to leak. But they did make multiple efforts to squeeze us in when there were cancellations. The work has been excellent and we have not had a bit of a problem with water in the basement since. The lifetime warranty is great too.

$150 flat rate for crack filling. We were responsible for removing drywall and replacing after repair. Overall we had a great experience. Everyone was professional and responsive.

Some miscommunication and they could not do work on first visit. Price went up with need for more work than anticipated. Agreed to higher price and additional work. To their credit when actual work was completed on 2nd visit it did not take as long as they thought to do job and they adjusted price midway between first estimate and originally agreed to price. I thought this was fair and would hire again.
