This is the second time I have used Fixed-Rite. The first time I had bought a new pc and the connection on the pc for my old hard drive was different. Called him to pull off what was on the old and put on the new hard drive. The second time the external hard drive quit working on me. Dropped it off at his office. He repaired the housing chip (hard drive itself was fine) and he knew I was having some issues with the developer tool on windows 8.1. We set up a time to meet at his office to try and figure it out. He had never seen this problem before but he did fix the problem and also gave me my start button back. (YES!) and some other minor things. You can tell he loves what he does and is very polite and personable. Not to mention professional. he gave me so very good advice and took the time to answer all of my questions and show me what I need to do. He is fantastic! From now on he will handle all of my pc problems. He is very trustworthy.
