 + -1 moreBill at Bi-State consulted with us throughout the project. Our experience was great. We had great communication, and were provided great flexibility as the job progressed. The job was laying large natural stone steps and a finished french drain. Bill and his workers showed up each day ready and willing to do whatever the job entailed. The workers were skilled in using the machinery and caused the least amount of disturbance to our property. Everyone, including office staff, was very friendly and easy to work with. We plan to use Bi-State again for other projects and would recommend them to others. The work was completed in 4 days (on time).
Description of Work: Bi-State installed large natural stone steps and a french drain with Chicago buff gravel on the side of our house. This area was eroding and looking unsightly.

 + -1 moreDELIVERY WAS AT PROMISED DATE AND TIME. AFTERWARDS, I DISCOVERED THAT A FULL FACE-CORD WAS NOT DELIVERED. I CALLED AND THEY COMPLETED THE SECOND DELIVERY WITHIN A WEEK. IT APPEARS TO BE AN HONEST MISTAKE. MAKE SURE YOU MEASURE THE STACK BEFORE THEY LEAVE!
Description of Work: DELIVER AND STACK A FACE-CORD OF FIREWOOD.

 + -1 moreTHIS COMPANY IS VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY ARE HELPFUL AND EAGER TO MAKE THINGS EASY IF THEY CAN. THE YOUNG MAN THAT COMES OUT IS VERY POLITE AND FRIENDLY. THE WOOD IS SEASONED AND READY TO BURN.
Description of Work: BI-STATE LANDSCAPING DELIVERS ONE CORD OF OAK TO MY HOUSE. I PAY AN EXTRA FEE TO HAVE IT STACKED UNDER MY PORCH.

 + -1 moreTHIS COMPANY WAS VERY FAST TO DELIVER THE WOOD I REQUESTED. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THE WOOD WAS SEASONED AND READY TO BURN. THE YOUNG MAN THAT DELIVERED IT WAS ON TIME AND DID NOT MAKE A MESS DUMPING IT.
