 + -1 moreExcellent job. He is creative, leaves no mess, was here when he said he would be, was responsive to my questions and did a great job.
Description of Work: Took down some fencing and replaced another fence and fence post. I got competitive bids and his was right on. He did a great job and I would definitely use him again and recommend him highly.

 + 0 moreIt was excellent. I was in a bind to find a new contractor to build our balcony. I "fell" into this person by accident but I was greatly happy with them. He was very upfront and honest with me which is what I really liked. He watched his men while they did the work and was so pleased with him that we hired him again for 2014. He is such a great man.
