"Just as a follow-up, I wanted to make sure that anyone reading this review understands that we credited the service as a courtesy to the customer but this review was never updated by the customer. Cleanings are placed on a schedule by zip code based on 28 years of gutter cleaning in the St. Louis Area. We have watched the trees over the years and devised a service schedule that is suitable to MOST customers. With that being said, there are situations where trees tend to hold onto their leaves a bit longer and certain seasonal changes from year to year that affect the foliage. This is why we offer our multi service plans only because if we come before all of the leaves have fallen, another service is scheduled to get any of the late falling debris. If we waited until all of the debris has fallen, the gutters may be completely packed with debris and fail, causing water in the basement. We had originally left a voicemail for the customer letting them know we had moved the gutter service to October and to call us if they would like to delay it any further. No call was received to delay the gutter cleaning so we scheduled the service and arrived to complete the service. When the customer responded to our customer experience and satisfaction survey that is sent after a service is completed with their concern, we credited the invoice. This review was still left here with an F rating."
I don't see anything that he didn't do. It's the first time I've ever had my gutters cleaned so I guess a A on the price. Someone called and told my daughter they were going to be a little bit late.
