So glad we chose this company. Work was completed in one day- we have 1 1/2 story house. Cleanup was awesome. Only found one screw later. Only wished I knew more than one day ahead of time when they were coming.

We have been using Aetotech for several years. Last year they cleaned the gutters in the fall, (late summer) and the leaves hadn't even come off the trees yet. This year, they came in September and we were home and were able to catch him before he started work. We said come back when the leaves had fallen--we will call them. They came last week without having been called, and the gutters still did not need cleaning, but they did anyway. We called to talk to them and they won't come back later, and they still are charging us. Would not use them again.

"Just as a follow-up, I wanted to make sure that anyone reading this review understands that we credited the service as a courtesy to the customer but this review was never updated by the customer. Cleanings are placed on a schedule by zip code based on 28 years of gutter cleaning in the St. Louis Area. We have watched the trees over the years and devised a service schedule that is suitable to MOST customers. With that being said, there are situations where trees tend to hold onto their leaves a bit longer and certain seasonal changes from year to year that affect the foliage. This is why we offer our multi service plans only because if we come before all of the leaves have fallen, another service is scheduled to get any of the late falling debris. If we waited until all of the debris has fallen, the gutters may be completely packed with debris and fail, causing water in the basement. We had originally left a voicemail for the customer letting them know we had moved the gutter service to October and to call us if they would like to delay it any further. No call was received to delay the gutter cleaning so we scheduled the service and arrived to complete the service. When the customer responded to our customer experience and satisfaction survey that is sent after a service is completed with their concern, we credited the invoice. This review was still left here with an F rating."

Preston gave us several choices as to how leaking gutter could be repaired. He offered alternatives without pressuring us, which we appreciated. He came prepared to work & did a very nice job.

Good cleaning. They wanted to come back in 3-months for another cleaning. Will probably put off until late fall as gutters remain clean and rain water flows freely. Will most likely contact about installing larger downspouts.

Gutter cleaning service was fine. The issue is that I signed up for a recurring service with a reasonable expectation that the leaves would be cleared out during and after the leaves fell in the fall. They were "delayed" due to weather and could not get out until January. My gutters were clogged for a couple of months, when in fact the service was to be scheduled quarterly. I don't understand how that happens. What was sold was not delivered.

Extremely disappointed in your service. Guy who cleaned the gutters used only a vacuum cleaner from the floor with a lousy extended pipe added to it. Didn’t even bother to look how the gutter looks after cleaning with ladder or a mirror for double story gutters. No conversation about what he did. I took the opportunity today to ***** the work myself Lower gutters which I could reach with my small ladder only to learn than some of the gutters have a screen and don’t need cleaning while others are still dirty and filled with leaves and debri. Interesting enough the picture I’m sending you are on front side where there are no trees. All the leaves are from back side big tree which has no leaves left for more than a week. It’s an scam and I want my money returned. Thank you.

They dug a hole and put some sort of jacks in the ground and started to work. The speed at which they raised and leveled this was astounding. There was no problem. They were incredibly neat. This is the company you want if your foundation is a problem.

They worked with us on scheduling. The job was large due to the length of gutter runs and the working height at the rear of the house. They finished in one day. The two workmen who showed up were friendly and professional. Everything was cleaned up before they left. There have been no problems to this point. We would definitely hire them again.

I was out of town for a funeral but my daughter was here. But so far I'm happy with everything they did.
I don't see anything that he didn't do. It's the first time I've ever had my gutters cleaned so I guess a A on the price. Someone called and told my daughter they were going to be a little bit late.

They started on time and ended on time. The crew was there everyday and spoke with me daily about what they hoped to accomplish each day. They cleaned up daily so my yard was always looking good.The work was done in a workmanlike manner and the crew went over and above what would be normally expected. They were not the lowest bid, but the quality of the workmanship was well worth the few dollar difference. After the job, the owner came by and did a walk around of the project inspecting it with me, This company is much more than a gutter company and I would use them again without question. I chose a vinyl siding product but the also sell and install a hardboard product.
