NEW SURFACE

There was a mix-up with the main co. about when the installation was to take place, so New Surface actually had to come out twice. Some of the cabinets were out of level, so they had to use shims under the granite. The window shelf was installed out of level and was not rigid. Also a couple of the edges had not been polished and the seams were not to our satisfaction. I asked them to return and correct these issues, which they did, except for the seams. We are still not satisfied with one of them. I asked them to return and correct this seam and to re-seal the sink, but have received no response. At one point during the installation, Ron showed disrespect to other workers laying tile and asked them to stay out of his way while he was working. Their final price was $300 more than their estimate because they neglected to include one of the granite sections. Also, we went to the trouble of selecting the specific slabs of granite to be used and New Surface didn't even use them.
