VAN BOOVEN HEATING & COOLING

On the hottest day of the year so far, we found our air conditioning was not cooling. We called around 10:00 am. The technician arrived within the hour. He found the problem and fixed it within 30 minutes. Van Booven was the company that installed our heating and cooling when we built our house eight years ago. This is the second time we have called Van Booven in an emergency and both times (within the last year) they have been instanly responsive and have done outstanding work. We won't be calling anyone else for our heating and cooling needs.

I called one day, and they arrived early the next morning. They were on time and worked efficiently. They were curtious and friendly but did not waste time with chit chat. They cleaned up after themselved and pushed my stove in place before they left. I was very pleased.

Everything went well they worked efficiently and have not had any problems. ESPECIALLY loved the fact that they had all the paper work lined out for us taxes and rebates through our Co-op.

Where would I start, the electric water heater in the '80s to the refigerators and various furnaces and air conditioners over the years? The month was February and it was 15 degrees outside. Went to bed with a snowstorm, snuggled in our quilts, waking to find our furnace had quit during the night. It was 50 degrees in the house and getting colder! I called Danny Van Booven at his home. He was at our house in a half hour and carried everything he would need. He inspected the furnace and changed the switch motor and got the furnace running. That was just the start of a busy day for Van Booven. Two hours later the main motor of the furnace went out. My call was answered a half hour later by one of his staff. Of course, he knew what motor was needed and he changed it over quickly and efficiently. When I got the bill, I was pleasantly surprised to see it was under $400.00 (which is what my guestimate was)! I think they are the best in my area. I will use them whenever the need arises.
