Went in and scheduled my appointment. The service was done on the date of the appointment. However, we had a snowstorm and they kept my car safe and sound 'til I could pick it up 3 days later. When reviewing my statement I had to make sure what I wasn't seeing. I did not see brake fluid on the itemized list of parts. I asked if they put brake fluid in (because I have had a garage not put the fluid in). The answer was of course but there was no charge for the fluid, it was part of the service. I have never seen that before and was tickled to death with the extra step they took by doing that little thing.

BADLY!!! When I went to pick up the car, they told me that it was the oxygen sensor, and they changed that, car still didn't run, then they said it was another sensor, changed that still wasn't running right, they eventually changed and charged me for 6 different parts for my car, and the total cost for parts and labor was $385 (I believe because I am a woman and they thought I didn't know what I was talking about) and DIDN'T change the fuel pump. Finally, my husband got frustrated and went to get the car, he had to pull it home, and he immediately changed the fuel pump and the car ran perfectly.

Well, I called them and asked for a certain tire and within a certain price range. If they do not have the tire in stock, it is usually there by the next day and we schedule an appointment and they change the tire. I enjoy the good people that work there. Friendly and well informed with information on anything I need. If they can't do something I need, they tell me and send me to where I need to go.

OUR NISSAN VERSA HAD A FLAT TIRE FAR FROM TOWN AND WE CALLED SCHEIDEGGER'S FOR HELP. THEY CAME TO THE CAR AND TOOK THE VEHICLE TO THEIR GARAGE WHERE THEY REPAIRED THE TIRE IMMEDIATELY. GREAT AND FAST RESPONSE!

EXCELLANT SERVICE AND FOUND THE PROBLEM WITH THE AIR FILTER THAT WAS CAUSING THE LACK OF POWER AND NOISE AND REDUCED GAS MILEAGE IN MY FORD ESCAPE.. THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.
