 + 0 moreRandy met us our house the day after we called him. He assessed the damage, proposed a solution, and offer a quote on the spot. One day later he started the job, and 4 days later was finished and the floors were perfect. Randy was incredibly easy to work with. He is unfailingly polite and respectful, as are the employees he brings to assist him. He took great care to minimize the dust and disruption to our house since we were living there while the work was being done. Communication was always excellent, whether by phone or in person. Most importantly the job was done right, on time, and within the quote despite some added complexity with regard to the previous damage to our floors. We will be using Randy again in the next few months to re-finish the rest of our floors to match the new kitchen floors and would not hesitate to recommend him to others.
Description of Work: Hardwood floors in kitchen were damaged severely by another contractor. We hired Floors Done Right to completely re-do sanding. staining, and poly.

 + 0 moreRandy was easy to deal with, professional and punctual. He ripped off and hauled off old carpets as well as doing the sanding and coating. He was on time and his charges were reasonable. He is a pleasant person to deal with and the job was "done right"! as he promised. I will use this company again.
Description of Work: I had almost all the floors in my home sanded and re-done by Randy Johnson of Floors Done Right. It was approximately 1,200 sq ft of flooring - 3 bedrooms, living and dining room. Randy had to replace a patch of wood, which he did beautifully, sand the floors, then coat with polyurethane. He used four coats of polyurethane so my floors looked marvelous! They looked like mirrors!

Floors Done Right offers the following services: Specializing in Hardwood Floor Refinishing, installation of hardwood flooring and ceramic tile, leveling floor in order to prep floor for installation. We will stain your newly sanded floor with the color of the customers choice. We also apply 3 coats of our best polyurethane. For that high-gloss finish, we offer our premium package which includes a 4th coat of polyurethane at customers request. We remove old carpet and haul it away. Our team will move furniture in preparation for new floor
Our company is not in the business of installing nor cleaning carpet. We don't remove asbestos floor tile, we don't install nor refinish crown molding, nor cabinets, we don't refinish nor repair furniture.
