The young man who showed up was Remington. He was very polite, well groomed and knowledgeable about the product he was using. He even gave some advice to a contractor who was here doing other work. Remington did an excellent job on all areas. He even removed pet stains I was doubtful could be done. I am very pleased with the product and the service and will definitely use again. Be sure to call because you might get a special not listed on line. The initial pricing was to my liking, the addition of special treatment for the stains was expected and does cost extra.

Excellent! The carpet looks GREAT, as do my chairs. Remington, the technician, was terrific. He was knowledgeable, personable and efficient.

It felt a lot like bait and switch. They offer 3 rooms for $129 but then when they show up they tell you that you need additional treatments and they won't guarantee it unless you pay for the additional treatments they offer. The job they did was fair to good but not $500 worth of spectacular work. Many spots resurfaced with a day of them finishing. Overall the carpets are better then they were but not worth that type of expense.

Very good. On time and efficient, professional. Managed to get out a lot of stains in our waiting room that had previously not been removed as well by another company. Overall we are happy and would use again. It was more expensive than our previous carpet cleaner but the results were better.

Could not have been happier with the young man they sent to the house or the results he achieved. Cannot even tell the stains were on the carpet. Wife came home from work and said the whole house smelled cleaner.

I got a call right at the beginning of my 3-hour-appointment window and within 10 minutes the two young men showed up a the residence. They gave me the price plus a quote for the cat pee problem, which required special treatment, after they had decided that it could be removed. They protected the corners of the rooms and covered their shoes and also put a protective rug out on the carpets. They covered the house door to prevent draft/cold/insects (although not necessary as it was a warm day). They used their own water and disposed of the dirty water. They worked hard for 3 hours, mostly on that cat pee carpet, but they did it. After an hour the cat pee had changed to a slightly sweaty aroma, but when they had finished it was gone. The carpets were still damp for a while, but that was to be expected. The next day I entered the house and all that was left was carpets that looked brand-new (statement of my neighbors, who came to see the new house) and no stench whatsoever. Very pleased and they did not promise too much.

First of all, these guys were awesome in every way. They responded to my query quickly, booked quickly and were right on time. I had not heard of this company before nor their method of cleaning until I heard about it on the radio. But, when I learned there was no residue left behind (that is Zero Rez!) I was immediately interested.

Also, my rescue doggie had become sick  2 weeks earlier and had soiled the carpets while I was at work with lots of diarrhea! I cleaned it up, but apparently 'overcleaned' the areas as many stuck out like a sore thumb with the rest of my carpet.  Anyway, ZeroRez not only cleaned my carpets of the regular dirt, they also paid special attention to the spots I overcleaned and were able to get all the carpets clean, looking great and even made it look better than before.

Charlie was delightful and worked diligently. I needed to wait several hours before putting furniture back because it is a water-based method, so don't book the same day if you have a party that night! I also had them put down a protector for the carpet.

On the whole it was a great experience and I will use this company in the future. Five stars for sure!
