They were good. They called and installed it when they said they would.

It went very well. He took me to the distributer to look at the tile. They were easy to get a hold of. They were very responsive. He gave opinions on how the work should be done and everything turned out great. They corrected some bubbles in the grout and came out Christmas Eve to fix it.

Good experience. Maryann was very prompt in getting back to us with a price. She made sure that we could get the room measured and the carpet ordered before a price increase that was scheduled to take place. They were flexible with installation dates.

Shopping experience was professional. We were allowed to bring samples home as needed. They should be considered separately from a painting/contracting company which is under the same ownership (though operating under a different name). This recommendation is for CARPETING ONLY.
