Pool Specialists put in a pool for us a few years ago. We got 3 bids for the same type of pool. Pool Specialists came up with so many better options for placement and they were very fair on their pricing. This isn't a liner pool so yes it is more expensive than the average, but it was well worth it to us. Pool Specialists exceeded our expectations. The workers were great and finished quickly with very little mess. I use Pool Specialists to open and close our pool every year and for regular maintenance. They are always on time each week. We have never had a problem.

What a rip-off! I called several companies for an estimate for a new pool safety cover, including The Pool Specialists, Inc. None of them mentioned any charge for a cost estimate, and if they would have. I would not have considered doing business with them. A few weeks later, before I decided which company to go with, I got a bill in the mail from The Pool Specialists, Inc. for $62 for "Service call - Measure pool for a safety cover quote.". I called and spoke to Kate, who said that, since I hadn't ordered from them yet, they billed me for the time to come out and measure the pool. I asked why they didn't mention a charge when I asked for an estimate, and she said they don't mention it because they don't charge for the estimate if you purchased from them. She claimed they called and gave me a verbal quote over the phone, which I do not remember receiving. I told her that I never authorized any charge, I just wanted an estimate, and I did not intend to pay. She forwarded me to 'an office manager' Lynette, who was even more snotty than Kate, who basically told me the same thing, and added that, since they hadn't heard from me, they "just assumed" I wasn't going to order their cover. After several minutes of arguing, she eventually said she would take the charge off my account. I will definitely not buy the cover from them!

THEY ARE VERY THOROUGH. IF THERE IS A PROBLEM THEY COME BACK AND FIX IT WITHIN A DAY. I NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS.
