BOB ARRIVED PROMPTLY, WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS. THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS THAT THE ASSESSMENT OF WHERE THE LEAK WAS COMING FROM WAS INCORRECT AND THE REPAIR THEY PERFORMED DID NOT STOP THE LEAK. I LATER TESTED THE AREA OF THE ROOF WITH A HOSE AND FOUND A HOLE THAT I PLUGGED WITH CAULKING.
