Roofing
IN MY 17 YEARS OF HOME OWNERSHIP, THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WORKING WITH A CONTRACTOR. THE MEN WHO ACTUALLY REPLACED THE ROOF WERE FINE. THEY WORKED QUICKLY, WERE POLITE AND CLEANED UP PRETTY THOROUGHLY. THE SUPERVISOR HAS BEEN EXTREMELY UNRESPONSIVE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND DISRESPECTFUL. AFTER 3 MONTHS, WORK ITEMS FROM THE ORIGINAL INSURANCE COMPANY'S WORKSHEET, WHICH WERE ALREADY PAID FOR, WERE STILL INCOMPLETE. I AM CURRENTLY WORKING WITH MY INSURANCE COMPANY TO DETERMINE WHICH ITEMS ARE STILL OUTSTANDING ON THIS WORK ORDER, SO REMAINING WORK CAN BE SCHEDULED WITH ANOTHER CONTRACTOR.
