I was incredibly disappointed with this company. I asked for an estimate from the service person who came out to look at my air conditioner and he said "around $200". Later he said that I also had a broken fan and he would go buy a new one. I asked him how much that would cost and he said, "around $70, but I don't know how much the company will charge you for it." When I got the bill a couple weeks later it was over $630. When I tried to get the company to address it I had to make multiple phone calls. I explained how I had asked for an estimate twice while the service person was here and that it was off by over $300. One service person hung up on me when I told them I was going to fill out a report on Angie's list. Eventually, I was able to get a hold of one of the owners after calling several times. He was prompt and very courteous, however, he explained how to use union labor and how their work is the best. He said they normally do commercial work and not residential, therefore the service person wouldn't be able to give a good estimate. He said the best he could do would be to refund $100. The thing that bothers me most about this company is that the owner did not stand by his companies mistake. I basically had to pay for their mistake. Had I known that the cost of their service would've been over $600, I would have refused. My impression is that if you ever have a problem with one of their jobs or products, good luck! They will find a reason not to stand by their service.
