THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS TO WORK WITH, BUT THERE WERE THINGS THAT WE NEEDED; WE NEEDED TO RETOUCH PAINTING WHICH THEY IMPLIED THAT THEY NEVER DID. THEN THERE WAS THE WHOLE CONFUSION WITH THEM LOSING THE CARPET.
