 + -1 moreElythe did an outstanding job of marketing and selling the house. We got the asking price for it. Just as important was her help in locating and securing mechanical contractors to bring the house up to municipal codes, and estate sale services to empty the house for the sale. Elythe's extensive network of contacts developed over many years in the business was critical to getting the overall sale completed. All of the mechanical and estate services I hired on Elythe's recommendation were of the highest quality. In addition the buyer was located by one of Elythe's many contacts in the business. The overall result was that I was able to complete: clearing the house, mechanical modifications, moving, and closing in only two months! This is a HUGE result considering the size of the task.
Description of Work: I hired Elythe Higgins to be my seller's real-estate agent for sale of a house in Florissant. The sale of the house alone was moderately complex because the title is held in an out-of-state trust. Additionally the house needed to be cleared of all belongings, and it needed some amount of work to bring it up to modern code standards for sale in Florissant. As a further complication I had to do all of this activity from Chicago. The overall task of selling this house was extremely complex and arduous.
