The project went very well. They worked with us to design a project well suited for our topography and suggested some design features that added real style and elegance to the patio. They were always polite and supremely professional. Moreover, they provided the lien waiver in a timely fashion. We were surprised at how reasonable their initial bid was and once into the project when we made changes the adders were fairly priced. I would use this contractor again and would highly recommend them to anyone. These guys will do exactly what you want but they know their business and will work with you and make suggestions to make the project truly outstanding.

Unbelievably well. The crew showed up on the day promised and immediately got to work. While they were here, they worked non-stop and focused on completing the job. They were experienced with load bearing walls. They had their own equipment that was in excellent running condition. It was apparent the three-man crew were well experienced working together.

At the end of each workday, Ryan would review the hours worked and the hours logged on the two skid steers, and total the cost for that day. Even though this was a time and material agreement, I ask for a "best guess" of the low-high range cost I should expect if all goes as planned. The final cost was lower than the low estimate.

I really wish I had found these guys a year ago when I was getting bids.

The job went very well,  we called for an estimate and Ryan showed up the next day and gave us a quoate.  After we accepted the quoate and were scheduled, it only took 2 days for the project to be compleated.  Ryan called the next day to ask if we liked the wall and if everything looked ok.  we have been very impressed with their professionalism and also the quality of their work!

The project was very seamless.  Everything went well and very quickly.  The job was completed in 2 days from the time they started.  The yard was cleaned up around the worksite and it was left in extremely good order.
