CATERING BY GEORGIANNA

The buffet tables looked great and the food was always replenished. They stayed on top of the evening and cleaned up beautifully. It is the first catered event at our home and I would certainly use them again!

GEORGIANNA did a fantastic job providing a dinner for our cub scout blue and gold banquet. MaryEllen was extremely helpful in planning the menu and everything was done very professionally. We plan to use them again next year.

Although I had enjoyed at several social events the wonderful food provided by Catering by Georgianna, I was unaware until a search on Angie's List that the company would provide party helpers for those wanting to do their own food. I contacted Maryellen Scheel, she came to my home, we discussed my needs, and she sent a team of beautifully trained, enthusiastic, hard-working, intelligent, and outgoing ladies to help with a Christmas open house. They arrived promptly, listened to my instructions, made very constructive suggestions, and went right to work. I was able to get ready for the party with complete confidence that all would be as I wanted it. When I came downstairs after changing, the buffet table was set up, every tray, platter, and chafing dish artistically and thoughtfully decorated, the floors were swept and mopped, and the kitchen neater and tidier than I had left it. All I had to do was greet my guests. Throughout the next five hours this great team was constantly but unobtrusively present, refilling glasses, removing dirty service items, refreshing the various food stations, hanging up and retrieving coats, etc. always smiling and helpful. When a guest spilled red wine on a chair, they went right to work with club soda and completely thwarted the stain. When they left, the house was clean, everything was washed and put in its proper place, the food was wrapped and refrigerated, and, most importantly, everyone had a wonderful time, including the hostess! That would not have been possible without the very generous Maryellen Scheel and her incredible employees. I received numerous compliments on the servers and didn't hesitate to tell how I found them. Debra, Debbie, Peggy, Marie and Mateena all deserve kudos for their great work. I really felt that all of them, including Maryellen, were as invested in the party being a success as I was. I can't say and quot;Thank youand quot; enough. I selfishly hope none of them retires. I don't think I can entertain on this scale without them! A super and superb organization from the top down. Thank you all.

My grilfriend hired Catering by Georgianna for my 50th birthday party. She ordered a variety of appetizers, including the much recommended and quot;Bleu Moonand quot;. Everything was delicious, and the price was very reasonable. She said that the chief catere, Maryellen, was very responsive throught the planning phase, gand gave excellent advice. My daughter contacted the owner for information and to schedule a tasting, maybe 10 months ahead of her wedding date. From the start, she and her fiance were very impressed with Maryellen, the owner. She is so enthusiastic about her profession and her food is delicious. She was very responsive to questions and made excellent suggestions in helping them formulate their plan for the buffet dinner. On the day of the reception, the servers arrived promptly and very efficiently set up a beautiful buffet on the patio. They even helped me lower the sides of the tent to keep out the wind. The bartender also arrived promptly, set up and was ready to serve guests, who began arriving about 1/2 hour early. The whole operation ran very smoothly and professionally with a friendly touch. We received many compliments from our guests.
