I took my car in for an oil change, tire rotation, and alignment. I paid for all services. When I picked up my car, it was pulling to the left just as it had done prior to service, which was the reason I requested an alignment. When I called to ask them to fix the alignment they had not done properly, they would not provide me with a loaner. The location is inconvenient to me, and I have 2 kids under 18 months old at home, so I'm not going to wait for them to do the job they should've done right the first time, and I'm not going to make my wife pack up our 2 kids and follow me to the dealership (two times--once to drop off and once to pick up). I had been going out of my way to get service done here because they had done a good job previously, but no longer. Do not get service done here. They will not do it right, and they will not make an effort to make it right.

I was going to another dealer, but the service manager that I liked there moved to Bommarito so I started going there because I like the service manager. They sell everything. I have a Toyota and they work on them. The last time I really didn't go. I took the car to the service guy's house and he took it up there for me. He brought it back and I took the other one over there and he took it up there, so I get door to door service. All the one car needed was a safety inspection; the other one needed some other stuff done to it, windshielf wipers, oil change and something else -- I don't remember what. When you can drop your car off at their guy's house and he brings it back, it's an A.

It was very nice. I just drove out and they did it without an appointment. Their price was competitive. Their responsivenss was very good. I was the one that came to them. I have been going there for about five or six years and I am happy with the service. The workers I have come in contact with are very fine. It took about a half hour for the work to be completed for me. They washed the car, too.

They are good and its real nice. It was a good place to buy and their service was good.

The car tells you if you need an oil change and they won’t’ do it unless that car tells you.

I use then on a regular basis and I like them. They have a pleasant place for you to wait. Free water, coffee, ice-ram and food while you wait. They give you free car washes.

I would use them again in future.

I love Bommarito Superstore because I always get excellent service. They are not pushy and don't try to sell me unnecessary service. I also bought my Honda Civic from them and will buy my next car from them as well. The prices are a bit high, but the excellent service is worth it.

They were a lot cheaper, and they don't use a cheap one from anybody else. I'm very happy with their quality. They were very good and very punctual.

We had our kid's 2001 Honda CRV towed to Bommarito after it broke down on the highway. They checked it out and told us it would be about 7000 to get it running again. This covered replacing the transmission and upstream electrical systems. Since the car is worth about 4500 we of course just paid the 100 they charged for the diagnosis. We were pretty upset about the situation since we had just bought the car a few months before this so it sounded like a total loss that we couldn't replace. We decided to take it down the street to Complete Auto Body and Repair to get a second opinion and possibly cheaper estimate and they found that there was a wire that had come loose and needed replacing and they charged us about 400 to fix it. So if you have an old car with a problem that can't be diagnosed by the computer, I wouldn't recommend bringing it to Bommarito.

They use genuine honda parts. They explain everything to you before they do any work. And they come out and make sure that the price and other things are okay before they started the work.

They were professional and got the job done in a timely manner. The service was good.
