Description of Work: 6 months later, brakes (still) make a grinding sound. Don't know if the replaced existing brakes with used brakes or crap brakes, but they certainly aren't premium brakes. It's part of a scam to get me to have other work done there.

Description of Work: They changed my front brakes and replaced a part attached to my wheel. They were courteous, worked fast, and had fair pricing. I will DEFINITELY be back to Auto World!

Description of Work: We use Auto World instead of the Volvo Dealership. We found that their service is just as good if not better than the Dealership. The prices better, but the service is excellent and quality of work excellent. Our car has always been ready when promised and they do the work only requested. We have our 2007 volvo S60 and 2008 Volvo XC90 service with Auto World.

Description of Work: An air bag light was on with my Kia. Auto World. ran diagnostics and gave me their opinion that I should go to the Kia dealership because the parts were so expensive and not returnable that they didn't want to tie up my money. I SO appreciated their recommendation and did take it to Kia and it is fixed now. As always, their tune-up was fine.
