We called Jim Smetak and he gave us a bid of $350 to match the paint, fix the baseboard, repaint the whole 1st floor and caulk all the nail-holes that we made.
We had to wait a couple of weeks for him to be free to do our job. But he did a great job. When we came back from our weekend trip, the baseboards were all fixed and painted. They look great :-)
Overall, we are very happy with the end results.
