+ -1 moreMark contacted me in a timely manner. When he met with me, we discussed all of the possible options. He offered suggestions for a better way of doing things and was open to my ideas. He made sure that we were both clear about the work to be done. He was always courteous and respected my home by making sure that he did not track in any dirt or mud. He cleaned up after himself and the other contractors. He also made sure that the work was done correctly at each phase of construction. When it was not, he made sure that it was corrected to his expected standard which is very high. When we encountered issues, we discussed the best possible solution. He was open to changes after construction was underway and was concerned that the work met my expectations. If anything, he went beyond what he was required to do.
Description of Work: Mark framed my basement and scheduled and monitored the work of other contractors that were required to finish the lower level of my home. The work included finishing a recreation room with party kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and fireplace. This required wiring and lighting, heating duct work, plumbing for additional bath and party kitchen, drywall installation, gas line for fireplace, brickwork for fireplace, paint, trim, tile and carpet installation.
