Nothing about his work is good. He came with his helper who really can't do anything. He didn't show up on time and didn't have what he needed to do the job that was described to him in detail the day before on the phone. He left the job with his helper basically just standing around, ON THE CLOCK of course. He had to make two runs to the suppliers to get what he needed which was simply a new toilet seal and a shut off valve. He kept my wife tied up for hours, about 4 hours, to watch his helper. When we got the bill, we were billed for him and his helper and for all the time running for parts and materials, and for all the time that they were doing nothing. DON'T USE THIS TAG TEAM UNLESS YOU WANT TO HAVE A VERY UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE.
