Deric with Titan responded immediately to my request and sent a tech out within 24 hours. The issue required a 2nd visit and a new pump but it was taken care of in a timely manner. Throughout the process they were very communicative and responsive. I would recommend using them and will again if I run into any other problems with my pool.

Due to an electrical surge I had to replace my pool electrical box and lights. They were prompt about coming out to inspect and an estimate was given and accepted. Work began as promised and completed promptly.

Unclean work, stains on cement, broken tiles, stains on pool floor, left mess around work space, was quoted 1.5-2 weeks and took over 6 week, pool and sidewalk have shifted 1inch because pool was left unfilled for too long. No tiles cut so open gaps around tile work. Grout stains on pool floor were not addressed and was told they will repaint it in the fall. Stated stains would be addressed as warranty work. The definition of warranty is finished goods in good working order and work done properly and if something fails, it is repaired. Leaving the work done improperly and unfinished is not warranty work for months on the road.

We used Titan Aquatics to resurface our pool and replace our equipment! It looks awesome and we are very happy with the way it all turned out. Great customer care as well!

I definitely got ripped off. The company came in, took the cover off my pool and flicked the switch for the pump to come on. Then put a few chemicals in my pool and told me I would have to put the rest of the chemicals in that I needed. I was confused because that is what I thought was paying them for. They were done in 25 minutes and wanted me to cash app them immediately. I paid them $455 dollars for something I could have did. I called them back because my pool is not running right and they just told me to back wash it . So now I have hired another company to finish up the work Titan did not do . I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I hired Titan for a complete pool remodel on a multifamily pool including new plumbing lines, equipment, and tile work. I deal with a lot of contractors in all different trades and to me, Derrick is above the rest. His bid was very reasonable but more importantly, his communication was excellent. It was a big project but he kept me informed every step of the way and finished the project on time and on budget. Finding reliable contractors these days can be a challenge so I'm very happy that I was able to find Titan and will hopefully continue to do business with Derrick and his crew in the future.

Substandard work, not according to code. I had to fire them half way through the job because they wanted to bury the pool lines less than 6". I only noticed because I went outside to bring them water and noticed they were already starting to bury the line. Plus they used flex pvc, which requires 2" sand backfill (Manufacturer specs) They were backfilling with huge chunks of concrete right next to the line, which could damage the softer pipe. I halted the workers and called the supervisor. This was not what we discussed or agreed on. His comment was "My guys know what they are doing. You'll be OK." My takeaway was that they knew they were doing a slap hazard job. Do not hire!

They do a horrible job and it has been a terrible experience. My pool is unusable and worse than it was before they started working on it. They have no idea on what they are doing.

Installed new waterline tile and stone coping and painted the pool. Professional and kept in contact throughout the project. Very responsive and knowledgeable. Great family business and highly recommended.

This is a family run business that shows up on time and does what they promise. Very knowledgeable when diagnosing issues on pool equipment performance. We will keep this review updated as the remainder of our project is completed by Duane, Derrick, Jason, Jace and Jax.

Installed new equipment and remodeled existing equipment, built new fountain flowing into pool, added lights to pool. All excellent work. Would hire again and recommend.

These young men was very helpful in educating me on my system. They was very prompt and had me back up and running before my day had hardly started. I would recommend them to anyone.

The guys were very knowledgeable and worked very quickly. They explained the new equipment thoroughly. Their price was at the very highest end of the range I was told to expect to change my pool over into salt water. They were only there for about 20 minutes and had one small piece of equipment to connect. The price did not include the salt so I had to go buy it after the fact. Just seemed a little high for the time and equipment but not totally out of line. Works great.

They left trash all over, including bags of it never removed. The new filter leaks through the PVC piping they installed. They never looked at the main drain because if they even viewed it they would have seen there was no cap so when the cover was put on there was nothing stopping the water from draining which I did not know till I filled the pool just to have it drain. I had another pro come and look and he even said they did a poor job of the pool and that there were cheaper and better options to fix my pool than what they did. I have even called multiple times and they said they would come back out for the trash and the filter and never did.

I had them replace the waterline tile, and pool coping. They also repainted and patched the plaster. Bid and quality of work were both good. Crew was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I ended up needing an extra half row of tile that was not anticipated due to the old coping being larger than we knew. They took care at no additional charge which was greatly appreciated.

I cannot stress this enough- DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY- We hired them to pour our concrete patio around our brand new in ground pool - I have never in my life seen such unprofessional work. Not only is our patio completely uneven, it slopes toward the foundation of our home, it also slopes on the west side of the patio. There are ripples and dents and holes in the concrete- There are gaps between the pool and the surrounding concrete- we have had to retain an attorney and seek a civil engineer to assess the potential damage to the foundation of our home and pool- when we discussed our concerns with the owner and the subcontractor, they acted as though they could not understand why we were so upset and they said there was nothing that they could do to fix the problem. These are supposed to be professionals- DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY - I have plenty of pictures of their work I would be happy to show anyone interested in seeing the damage they have caused and the quality of their work
