His crew has also redone two of my bathrooms. He was willing to share ideas with me, and was patient when I had to change my mind on several things to remain within my budget. They worked quickly and kept me informed on their progress. Both projects were completed within the estimated time frame. They're good about following up when something doesn't work properly (e.g., light switch, stubborn drain).
Overall, I've been very pleased with how each project has turned out.
