I stood outside the work area and watched the entire operation. Theirs was the most powerful wood chipper I've ever seen, stronger even than the one in Fargo. The chain saw skills were even more impressive. They had the tree down, cut to firewood length and limbs chipped in about an hour. They cut the stump off at ground level, raked up the debris and were done. Very impressive. I would recommend them to anyone. Doug Renfro

Drew & Sonia are two of the nicest people you will ever met! We call them our 'Tree Artists". They truly have a "feel" for the trees they help you with. Top shelf people who do a top shelf job. We have worked with them for years and recommenced them to anyone we know who is need of tree service.

Met with the owner on a Saturday to go over what we wanted done and given a quote. We had 1 large tree hanging over the roof of our home. They discussed options and we decided to take off a few limbs and thin the tree out significantly.
They told me they had about a two week wait and would get in touch. In two weeks we received a call that they would be out the next morning. They were there about 3 hours. Very professional. They chipped and hauled off all limbs including a small pile of branches left by the former owner. They charged exactly as quoted. Would definitely use again.

Very punctual - arrived when they said they would.  Worked carefully around the house.   Provided an estimate before and that is what was charged. Very nice people.  We asked about a pile of brush we had in the woods - should it be removed or chipped in place?  They provided excellent, money saving advice.  Excellent service.

I got their name through Angie's List. We were very pleased. We thought their fee was good. We had tree work done and they did an excellent job. I think he is very knowledgeable. They were very good. We will have them again in a heartbeat. We are very happy with them. They kept in touch with us. When they told us they would be here one day but it rained and it slowed them down a day or so, they called us and kept in touch with us so we knew when to expect them.

We've used Cass County Tree Service out here two or three times. They cut down trees and trimmed trees. They've always done us a real good job. They were better on the prices. They've always been real good on prices. They're really likable people. They usually say when they say they're coming. If there's an emergency like when I had a tree in my driveway, they make time on their schedule to come out and do it.

We've used Cass County Tree Service probably about 4 times in the last 8 years since we moved to property that has alot of BIG trees that have needed to be either removed or trimmed for one reason or another.
Drew and his crew are always here on time, do a fantastic, professional job, and friendly to boot! By the time they've finished their clean-up, you can barely tell anything was done except for some remaining sawdust .:)

We have used them a few times in the last two years and they have done a wonderful job. They seem to be a Christian company and they spoke to each other in a polite and courteous way. They were able to take this big tree down without damaging any sprinklers or patios or anything, and they stacked all the wood that we wanted to keep. They cleaned up really well and you can hardly tell that anyone was here to take down that huge tree. My husband wanted a great big splice from a huge tree so he could count the rings, put in pins, and document our family history, and the man called several weeks later after he had cut down a tree that large. He went above and beyond the call of duty for sure.

Estimate was given promptly after initial contact. Work was delayed by weather, I was kept informed. Work done as soon as possible after rain stopped. Cut branches into fireplace lengths as requested. Checked back to see that work was satisfactory; it was.
