Not a positive experience with them. Had problems with the door. They were very hesitant to replace the door. They dragged their feet for almost two months. The company would not install the installation because I purchased the door from someone else. They were supposed to finish the door jam but did not finish it. I had paid for the whole job. The door started leaking quite badly. He started painting the outside of the door but never finished. He was slow on the painting to begin with.
 He charged me $300.00 more for the door then it actually cost as well. I was told that the metal door had to be spray painted, yet the man doing the work started painting it with a brush. 
They did show up on time at the beginning when they brought the door. 

He is quite trustworthy-I didn't feel that I needed to be there while he did the work. As always, the results were very professional in appearance. His knowledge is broad based.

He may sometimes be hard to schedule, but he does keep appointments when they are made. He is polite, professional, and does extra things when needed.

Fantastic - very responsive to request, detail oriented (he noticed that the new shower head was a different metal than the pipe coming out of the wall and corrected the situation on his own), and efficient. Bobby cleaned up after himself, explained everything once the work was completed and gave me some tips on how to fix/change a few things myself in the future.
