The job looked good to start with. Two and one half years later we noticed the shingles starting to slide off the backside of our house. We contacted Mr. Wisdom and a few weeks later he came by. He felt that the problem stemmed from faulty shingles but said he would try to fix the problem. He did take a part or the roof off and replace the sliding area so we thought we were alright again. The next year we had some big snows and in the spring another part of the roof began to slide off. I again contacted Mr. Wisdom to explain the problem but this time he claimed it was faulty material and he would do nothing about it. He would not come out to look at the problem. I then contacted my insurance agent who came out wit his adjuster to check out the problem. The adjuster pointed out several mistakes made by Mr. Wisdom and informed me my insurance would not cover the damage. I now have several rotting sheets of decking under my shingles where water got in under the shingles. I'll have to pay out of pocket to replace the whole roof again.
