After a hail storm came through we needed a new roof. Tand K had put a new roof on our house a few years ago and did a great job, including clean-up, so I contacted Chad again and he put us on the list. He had a lot of jobs scheduled ahead of us, so he came out and checked the roof to make sure it wasn't emergent. It was several weeks later, but he brought his team last Thursday and started on the roof. What an awesome bunch of guys. Very professional, they worked great together. They had the old roof off in 5 hours, and were finished with the roof completely by noon on Friday. They did the gutter also this time, and I couldn't believe it only took a little over and hour to pull off the old gutters and hang new ones with bigger downspouts. We had been having trouble with our entry door due to the drought and were unable to use it due to sticking for several weeks. When Chad finished with the roof and gutters he started working on our door. WOW! He fixed the door (it wasn't easy) and the storm door. Did i say "WOW"? He is going to come back when he gets caught up with jobs and fix some beams in our attic. And I hope to hire him to remodel a bathroom.I can't say enough good about this team!

The roof looked fine and it has not leaked since the installation. The initial charge was about $350 more than the estimate because they said more plywood needed to be replaced than they estimated. I thought the estimate read that the plywood was included. We split the difference.

They came when we were out of town (I was nervous about this), but when we returned home we couldn't tell anyone had ever been to our house except for the beautiful new roof!! Our neighbors said they had never seen anyone put up a new roof so fast and efficiently.

Got 3 bids. This company was recommended by 3 trusted friends. Their bid was the first I received and in keeping with the others, but slightly higher. The owner was very polite and answered all my questions. I was impressed by them from the start. Their start was delayed due to weather but took just over 2 days. Everything was cleaned up and hauled away. They charged me what they quoted and did what they said they would do. I would recommend them again, easily.
