 + -1 moreHe started to put a drain in the basement and had to tear out some of the floor. I had never had any water in my basement before but after he installed the water softener the basement started flooding and the water softener stopped working after 2 days. I have been contacting him ever since to come fix the work and he has not come to fix it. I filed a complaint with the better business bureau and now I wanted to warn Angie's List about him as well. I have been calling him for months now and he refuses to come do the work. I trusted him because I found him in the church bulletin and he has been nothing but a hassle for me.
Description of Work: My shower burst and I called him to come by to look at it. He told me some of my pipes were corroded and I told him I wanted to install a specific water softener. He gave me a quote and I had him start.
