It didn't seem to me that it really helped a lot. However, may be they did as good a job as it could but done, but I don't know as I am not an expert at that and it was an old carpet. Otherwise, the people were extremely nice and they went out of their way to help. They closed at 5 and I got there after 5 o'clock to pick the carpet up. They were just walking out the door, but when they saw me, they waved and unlocked the door, went back in, and got the carpet.

I think he is in a medium price range, but he does the best job I have had done in my house in the last four years. He is a really professional, stand-up guy. I am really impressed with him. He gives me advice on how to do spot carpet cleaning.

In the family room the carpet had a big spot in it. He was uncertain if he could get it out. He said if he couldn't get it out, he wouldn't charge for it. But he got it out!!!! We were going to pay for it anyhow. He was A+++. I am extremely pleased in every shape and form.

CHARGES PER SQ FT. HAS DONE AN EXCELLENT JOB. I JUST LEAVE MY KEY AND HE DOES THE JOB FIRST THING IN THE MORNING SO IT'S DRY BY THE TIME I GET HOME. DOES A GOOD JOB OF PUTTING FOAM BLOCKS UNDER ALL FURNITURE. DOESN'T TRY TO UPSELL.
