Because of the April 2011 hail storm, I needed to replace my roof. I had seen the work being done on my neighbors houses, which made me concerned about hiring a roofing company. I had seen the tear off from their houses being thrown all over their yard (with some shingles and trash landing in neighbor's yards, inlcuding mine). I have seen nails left behind both in their yard and the street. I have a dog that likes to eat things he shouldn't, so it was Extremely important to me that the tear off be done without trash strewn in my back yard. I wanted to do business with a local company with a small crew that I could communicate with, feeling that they would be more careful and courteous. I found exactly what I wanted, and I could not be happier! I gave Dan a call. He came out and did the estimate, which was the lowest. He is very professional. He listend to my concerns about the tear off and said they would put it directly into a trailer and be careful of any stray debris falling into the back yard.. He recommended a shingle he felt was best that met my homeowners association requirements. He dealt directly with both my homeowners association and my insurance company which saved me time. He provided updates continuouisly through out the process, and responded to all calls, texts, and emails from me immediately. I received pictures thoughout the process, which shows me they are proud of their work. Dan and his brother Jake do the work themselves. They were always friendly and courteous to me and my family. This is above and beyond any expectation, but he noticed that I had caulking on a window that was badly cracked, which he siliconed for me. I was very concerned about hiring a roofing crew. This crew was exactly what I wanted, and they made the process easy. I could not be happier with the communication, customer service or quality of their work. I am SO Pleased!! If I ever need any roof work in the future, I will hire them again!
