basement remodeling
 + -1 moreOverall, everything went smooth as butter. Jody showed up when he said he would, did what he said he would at the price we had agreed upon. It doesn't get any better than this. This guy has a permanent spot in the contact list on my phone!
Description of Work: Mr. Stein is the perfect example of a quality contracter. He returned my first phone call promptly. Came to my home exactly when he stated he would, to take measurements so as to give an accurate bid. Mrs. Stein sent the bid by email, I replied that the bid was acceptable. Mr. Stein began the work exactly when he stated he would, the work was absolutely quality work and I am very pleased. Mr. Stein roughed in my basement, then came back and installed sheetrock, then he applied tape and applied the mud a total of 3 times. Many contracters are happy with 2 applications. His employees are also quality minded individuals. I am quite pleased with the entire event from first phone call until we closed the door behind him at job completion. No worries at all with South Side Construction.
