 + -1 moreHe is excellent. I have used him for a couple of times. He is very honest and he will tell you right upfront what the problem is, whether or not he can fix it, how he plans to fix it, whether it is going to cost and when he will be able to do it. He is very upfront about everything before you agree to have him come and do the work. He did clean up everything.
Description of Work: Sam Rhoades Building Co Inc. repaired the door that come loose from the house frame and he had to rebuild the frame and installed the storm door for me.

 + -1 moreIt was excellent experience. He was very helpful and clean cut. He's very knowledgeable. He's very reasonable. He did a fabulous job. I would definitely call him back.
Description of Work: I just recently bought a house. He repaired the wood rot and replaced the siding around the exterior doors. And he replaced the wood frame. He also assisted me with building a brick set of stairs in my backyard.
