Mark was very responsive. He was available the next day to review the work to be done, provided a fair estimate and began work within one day. I was also having a roof replaced at the same time and Mark was great about working around the roofers so that they could get their job done. Mark was very flexible, his price was fair, his estimate was spot-on, not a penny more was asked for. The job was done right and on time.

Mark is awesome. My house is very high, over 2 stories. His biggest ladder was not even tall enough to reach those extreme areas. We provided Mark a longer ladder for the really high places. His was OK for the rest. He silicone/sealed all joints, replaced nails and applied silicone to the nail heads. He also sealed up the end of a gutter that was leaking. The next day Mark painted over all these areas and even touched up some additional ones he did not repair. We provided the SW Duration paint. He did the rest.

When that project was finished we had bid on the second project which was replacing rotten wood in several areas of our deck that were over 18 years old. We agreed on his bid and he started the next morning.

Mark replaced the cedar top rails on the deck. He then replaced the treated pine tops to all the steps leading up to the deck. He used screws instead of nails for all and the work performed is awesome. He did all this in 1/2 a day including purchasing all the wood.

Mark showed up as expected, did the work very professionally, cleaned up all areas and had an awesome attitude the entire time he was at our home. The wind was blowing 24 MPH on his first day using the high ladder and sealing the siding gaps and he still completed the job w/o issues.

We will definitely use Mark again when we have more projects !!!!

Mark ordered all the materials, except for the post caps (we found some we liked on-line so ordered those ourselves but he attached them for us). Mark arrived promptly each morning and worked through the day, despite some chilly, windy days. He consulted with us at various stages of the project to make sure the design would work for us, especially dealing with a unique stair configuration. One minor glitch of too rough of cedar being used for the skirting was easily resolved with a light sanding. Mark was very responsive to our concerns and the end result ended up looking better than using the smooth cedar for that purpose. While he was here, also had Mark do some minor repairs around door frames and to some battens. Mark pays attention to details, so very pleased with the end look and feel we got our money's worth.
