I got a good feeling from talking to Jordan that they would do good work. They didn't. They even offered a guarantee, which helped ease any concerns. That was before I paid them. I paid them for roof replacement and drywall patching due to leaks in the roof and stains in the drywall from the leaks. The contract stated board replacement, as well as all necessary flashing. They did not. After the work was completed and I paid them, my roof still leaks and now have new stains in the same place they painted (poorly). I tried to give them time to honor their guarantee. I was very patient. After Jordan, the owner, was either non-responsive, or stalling by saying he'd come out on multiple dates which he did not, I contacted another company. If you don't want to have to pay someone else to do the work you've paid these guys to do; don't hire them in the first place.
