He came out to our lot and we told him what needed done tree stumps removed lot leveled for home piers trenched and poured and water septic and electric trenched and stubed in and gravel brought in for driveway told him we were putting this in his hands because at that time he told us he didn't do concrete you job it out we are a hundred miles away and can't do it you job out whatever it takes said we had to have this done in three weeks can you do that assured us four weeks at the most and he didn't want any money until he was finished four weeks later called and said stumps were out and lot level and wanted $6500 for the work he did we went out there and looked at his work and the lot was all wrong instead of banking our lot he built it up four feet and we had a four foot drop off so bad the truck could not deliver the home and he hasn't done the driveway he said he would fix the lot so we gave him the money he wanted, the many weeks and phone calls later and past his dead line he agreed to do the driveway and trenching but said we weren't ready for the concrete so we had to hire extra help and go there too his guy trenched the piers we had to get the concrete work done and his guy trenched the water lines and left we had to get in the trench and run all the lines ourselves and we did the backfill too we also did the trenching and running the electric we had to have the gravel spread but for us hiring more help the job wouldn't have got done at eight weeks out he failed at everything he did the man that delivered our home called and said that it was the worst lot he ever worked in 15 years said lot was not level or compacted he sunk in it and left ruts all over he was the most rude and unprofessional person ever worked with and still thought we should pay him in full
