American Heating & Cooling

AC went out. We expected the entire system would need to be replaced. Tom came out and replaced a capacitor, added some freon and checked the rest of the system. We were good to go within an hour. He answered about 50 of my questions. Fantastic service experience. We will use them again!

Tom, came out and tested my AC problem, finding the compressor going bad. He gave me the options and answered all my questions. The two guys that came out did a good job and worked quickly to get out AC working again. This was important to us, because we had a new baby in our home. I trust Tom and would hire American Heating and Cooling again!

Showed up on time and worked went fast.

great. when tom showed up he was polite and asked questions about what happened with my heat. as i explained he followed what i was saying . then went to work to fix the problem. tom took his time and was very helpful. tom showed me what was wrong and said he had a part on the van and would have it fixed in just a few minutes. after just a few minutes tom came and said he was done. while he was there he also change my air filter and check the whole heating system. I guess tom was there about 45 min. tom never made me think he was in a hurry to get to his next job, this made me fell like i was the most inportant customer he has. thanks tom.
