I called to request install of new faucet set and mentioned credit mention at pervious visit. Tom stated, he handles the phone end and he would send message to Butch to return call.
I have not received a call back for a month. After reading previous review from November, I gave them the benefit of doubt and called again. I asked to talk to Butch and was again told, Tom handles it at this end and passes the information onto Butch. I explained the issue of no call back. He stated he passes the information on and if Butch doesn't call back then I should do what I need to do.
As long as they continue business in this manner, I will NEVER call this company again.

Butch and his team were very kind, very punctual and very very quick and professional. When it came time to pay for the services, Butch gave me a written breakdown of the costs for the project and showed me that he had in fact cut us a huge break in the costs for his services. I was impressed with the company the first time I used them, but after using the company under Butch's leadership, I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing services in our area.
