they wanted money up front months before starting the work. I did not go with this company

"Thomas, though our company is currently 3 months out we do not ask for all the money upfront. I looked at our schedule and do not see you as someone we gave a free consultation and pricing appointment to in the past few months. If I am wrong sorry. I would like other potential customers to know that the Remodeling Pro has been in business since 1978. We do ask for some money on signing but not all money. Funds for new cabinetry or shower surround orders may be part of this because we pay for them at the time of order but they take 4 to 6 weeks to manufacture. Typically the contract is set up to make payments at chosen milestones during the project. Thomas, we hope you find the right company to work with and are sorry that you did not choose The Remodeling Pro."

I had sump pump and building code issues from years ago that needed to be corrected. Terry and Scott had to get very inventive to resolve these, and they did! It was not easy, but they persevered and got all issues fixed. They had to cut through dry wall and out through the back of the house. They did it with minimum cuts and left the place clean when done. Also left me with advice on maintenance. Great job!
