Floor looks really nice

We have had 5 or 6 major home renovating projects over the past three years. Our most recent was refinishing our hardwood floors. SVB is the only provider we have worked with in the past three years that has been professional, timely, honest and accurate. The entire team from sales rep to finishing team was a pleasure and a refreshing change from all our previous providers. Thank you SVB. You provided stellar service.

They did a fantastic job. There was no mess and they were quick. I was very pleased with them.

I had 3 estmates. They were the highest but the only one using the "dust-free" system and they were willing to work with my schedule. They did a good job explaining what to expect and worked with me to get to the color stain I wanted. I had a small problem that needed correcting and they returned to correct the problem with no hassle at all. It was not 100% dust free. I think the last pass of buffing before the final coat stirred up a fine film of dust but it was easy to brush off and no where near the horror stories you read about other companies... they did not have to put plastic up. The flloors look beautiful.

This company did a very professional job. They took great care to give us the refinish color we asked for and were very efficient in their workmanship as well as taking care of any cleanup that was necessary. We would not hesitate to call them again for future projects.

They did an excellent job just as outlined and in especially timely schedule. Their was no mess and they matched the different colors so that whole hall, 3 bedrooms now are the same color.
