Ira was able to come within a few days to install a sump pump in our house, where we hadn't had one before. We had another big rain right after the installation, and everything worked fine. He came back a little later to bury the sump pump drain coming out of the house and also to install a new outdoor faucet on the back of our house. We think his price was excellent, and he was easy to communicate with through phone calls, texts and while at our house. He came at the time we had arranged, and he stuck to his original bid, even though he had to spend more time than expected digging the sump pump pit. We think he did a good job and will call him when we have plumbing needs in the future.

My water heater went out Saturday afternoon. I called Ira Monday a little after 8 am. I had a new one installed early afternoon same day and old one removed. Very happy.

Ira/owner did a great job..I couldn't have asked for better. He installed a sump pump and ack up sump pump for me and his work was excellent, very good customer service, cheerfully answered all my annoying questions and his prices fair and reasonable. I have already recommended him to 2 people. I will have him out again soon for another couple of jobs.

The response to the online request for service was within a couple of hours. I was able to schedule a home bid for a shower remodel the same day. Ira Johnson was the first responder and he showed great knowledge of plumbing and our needs explaining the steps of the project. He was on time and worked all day to complete the project. He was courteous and thorough with his work. I will hire him again for other plumbing needs.
