Our sump pump went out and he did a great job, very happy with the company and we would recommend them. Very happy for a change not getting ripped off. We have gotten ripped off before several years ago by Roger the plummer until he taught us a good lesson. It only takes one bad egg to make you sick to your stomach.

They were able to come out on the same day. The technician J'Ron, was very pleasant and knowledgeable.

Purchaser complained about the sewer line after purchasing the home, I asked for a price before sewer line was run and they said they said they could not provide an estimate. They ran the main line, charged over $400 and the buyer later asked if the line had been run been run before they moved in. It was done within a couple of weeks before they moved in and I showed them the receipt.

Mr Rooter did a great job on fixing my drain for my bathroom, they did it in a timely manner and the price was good, my complaint with Mr. Rooter is that they did not finish the job I still have a foot long pipe sticking out of my yard!

These folks are absolutely OUTSTANDING!! When they say they stand by there work they absolutely mean it! they did the job longer than usual because i have a house thats on a slab no basement. They got rid of the collapsed portion of the line and installed a new line and put a liner though the rest. when they were done i had another problem. toilet worked but everything else was a no go. so i was worried that i could have a court case on my hands. that was definitely NOT the case! they came back and they stayed until the problem was absolutely fixed with no extra charge what so EVER!!! Andrew Jamal and karl and others were very trustworthy and worked HARD to make sure the work was done absolutely RIGHT!! When they were done they cleaned up very good and made sure things were set so i can function the laundry room again. Concrete work was very nice and there was minimal damage to the home to worry about! This is the first time i used them a member of my church have recommended this company to me and i will make ABSOLUTELY SURE that everyone will know how great this company is. Yes everyone makes mistakes but im sure proud that this company stands by there. work thank you and God bless u all at Mr Rooter!

I called Mr. Rooter to diagnose a leak in our house that was draining from the kitchen into the basement. The first person came out and diagnosed the leak as coming from a drainage pipe. The next person came out and diagnosed the issue as coming from a pipe under the kitchen sink, so he fixed both "issues" and charged approx. $650 for the work. After the tech left, the leak continued. We diagnosed the issue ourselves and found a leaky drainage tube in our dishwasher. After sinking $650 into this project, we called them back and asked that they come out and fix the actual issue causing the leak (that they misdiagnosed). The tech (who initially misdiagnosed the issue) came back and requested $300 to fix the problem saying that it's a different job. We declined. The tech said he couldn't find the issue initially because we never turned on the dishwasher while he was there to check. You are the plumber! If the dishwasher needed to be assessed to make the diagnosis then you need to tell us. I don't know the real reason for misdiagnosis...I don't think there was ill intent. Perhaps they were rushed or making a best guess. But we paid $650 for them to find and fix the issue, and they took no ownership over the project aside from trying to get more money out of us...a third time. The techs themselves appeared professional and friendly, no complaints there. They were mindful of making a mess, nice to our family and efficient on the jobs the performed. But it's crazy to me that they would not fix the actual issue after we paid them $650 to fix non-issues. Even more, I paid this company over $10k to fix my main sewer line a few years back. That job was done well, so no complaints...but how about some appreciation for customer loyalty.

Very pleased with the product they used. The pipe is seamless.

They came out in an hour on a Sunday and did not charge a trip charge. They diagnosed the issue and fixed it within an hour and the fee was very reasonable. Erron was very friendly and knowledgeable! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!! I will definitely be using them for any future plumbing needs. I HIGHLY recommend!!
